Trip to Colorado :)

While Brian was Spring recruiting out west, the boys and I tagged along. We went to Colorado and got to see Courtney and Rodo who were visiting from Alaska! The boys had a great time. They had a joint birthday party with lots of sweets, games and presents. Most of all they had fun with all their family and friends! Thank you!

Trip to San Diego!

The boys had a great time in SD. We went to legoland, Welk resort, sea world, and more! The kids had a great time with cousin Matthew and all their friends. Grandma and Grandpa took them to the park almost everyday! I had a great Mother's Day with my mom and family. Thank you to our family and friends, we love you!

Alex turns 1!

Alex turns 1! He is so cute! He follows Jackson everywhere. He loves for you to read to him. He has taken some steps, but still prefers crawling. He laughs and smiles all the time. He weighs 22 lbs and eats everything in sight!

Happy Easter!

The Boys had a great easter. We went over the Tafts for an easter egg hunt. Kids had so much fun looking for eggs. Thank you to our friends and family for all the easter goodies :)

The Boys had fun this month. They went to the Stepping Stone museum. Jackson loved the water experiments. Alex dressed up in some of Brian's and Jackson's old outfits. It is starting to warm up so we got to play outside more and go to the park.

New this week

The boys have some new tricks. Alex can now raise his hands when say touchdown. He can wave, clap (he has been clapping for some time), and gives high fives. He likes playing ball now too. He bounces it and rolls it back and forth. He is eating so much now, eggs, pancakes, goldfish crackers, hamburgers, yogurt, pizza, and his veggies and fruit. Banana is his favorite (it was also Jackson's favorite). He started walking with his walker last week and is now getting really good at it. He walks on his tip toes just like Jackson did. Jackson is now pottying on the big potty (he has been training on a little potty for the past month and doing really well). He also is sleeping in a big boy bed! He is doing really well so far. He advanced to a higher class at MyGym. He still needs to work on listening during circle time but is doing great with his gymnastics. He is also starting to petal on his bike. He also counted to 20 in the tub yesterday! We cant believe how fast they are growing.

Snow days

We have had lots of snow days this past month. The boys and I have had to get creative to keep from going crazy! Jackson loves water colors and finger painting now. He also loves to play with play dooh. He loves daddy to make him cars with it :) Alex watches and tries to eat the dooh. We also have been playing in the basement with our hats and jackets on to keep warm. Spring is starting to peek through a little...lets hope it is here soon!

Happy Valentine's Day!

The boys had a fun Valentine's Day. They opened all their presents and candy from their grandparents. Did they have fun playing with all their new toys! Brian and I had a date night :) Thank you everyone for such a great Valentine's Day. We love and miss you all :)

Alex eats his first cheeseburger

Alex had his first cheeseburger today. He loved it! We tried to give him a turkey burger the next day and he did not like it! His Grandpas will be so proud.

Jackson and Avery make pizza :)

Jackson and Avery made their own pizzas tonight. They tasted fantastic :) AJ loved the pizza also :) The kids played at Avery's grandparents house and had a blast! :) Thank you we had a great time! :)
